CONDITIONS OF SALE

OBJECT:

PROCEDURE FOR PURCHASING PRODUCTS - CONCLUSION OF EACH SINGLE PURCHASE AGREEMENT

PROCEDURE FOR SELECTION AND PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS

DELIVERY AND ACCEPTANCE OF GOODS

PRICES, SHIPPING COSTS, DUTIES AND TAXES

PAYMENTS

SELLER'S LEGAL COMPLIANCE GUARANTEE, NON-CONFORMITY REPORTING AND WARRANTY INTERVENTIONS.

8.4In the event of defects or non-conformities, the Consumer will have the right to have the Seller restore the conformity of the Product, by repair or replacement, or to alternative remedies in the cases expressly provided for by art.130 of the Consumer Code.

If the Seller undertakes to reimburse the Consumer for the price paid, the reimbursement will be made, where possible, using the same payment method used by the Consumer to purchase the Product.

LIABILITY FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

14.4If no conciliation attempt is made pursuant to the previous articles 14.2 and/or 14.3, or the attempt is unsuccessful, the dispute will be the exclusive competence of the court of the residence or domicile of the Consumer, if the Consumer resides or is domiciled in Italy, or of the court of Venice, Italy, if the Consumer resides elsewhere.
